Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose My Inner Mind. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you need help, email hello@halliewho.com.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Account Settings, and choose delete account. This removes your account and the content tied to it. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that in Settings too.

I have a billing question.

Email hello@halliewho.com with the email address on your account and what you're seeing. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

I want to report a post or a person.

Use the report or block option on the post or profile inside the app. You can also email hello@halliewho.com.
